Hotel Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival to avoid fees.

No show policy:
A one night stay fee will be charged in case of no show.

Extra person policy:
A $200.00 MXN fee applies per every extra person in the same room.

Children policy:
11-year old minors and younger are considered children. 12-years old and older pay full rate; 2 children under 12 can share the room with their parents.

Pet policy:
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from ECOMMERCE 365, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
